In the process of continually looking for ways to improve our service, we have found that we are not always immediately available for our customers. Without apologizing for this, the explanation is relatively simple:
Our customer account managers have too many customers to take care of!
In order to increase our availability we have invested personnel in a new department: support.
Questions about delivery times, product complaints, CIST, accounting, customer accounts, etc. will be answered in a timely manner by this department.
The support team will settle things and be your contact person for everything except for your orders, which should be sent, as always, by way of CIST.
This restructuring will provide our customer account managers with the necessary time to be available to you, in order to better advise you on topics such as:
